Liked: Nice room, close to interstate highway, close to shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: Jets flying over regularly, Same breakfast every day no variety, Had to wait on luggage carts.

Disliked: Not sure what going on with the AC, turn off several times for an extended time .. room was very warm.. had to adjust the thermostat several times during the evening hours..

Big rooms! Nice area!

Liked: The rooms were very spacious, the breakfast had lots of options and the hotel was in a good area. Shower had good pressure and they supplied nice shampoo and conditioner. The pool was clean and heated. We loved the pull out sofa which gave us a little more space! We would stay here again for sure.
Disliked: Our family was there for 5 nights and we didn’t have any friendly interactions with any for the staff. They weren’t mean either just didn’t interact with us at all. It would have been nice to have a change up in the breakfast food but every day was exactly the same. The main thing is they need to clean their bedding better..though the comforters looked and smelled clean there was spots of blood on both beds. Shower was very slippery so I would suggest putting a nonslip surface in there as an older person could slip and get hurt.

Disliked: TV was too small. No TV channel listing in room. Had to advise front desk about breakfast food not being maintained.

We got what we paid...

Liked: The swimming pool was nice, and the staff was kind.
Disliked: The elevator gears and cable sounded very broken and the inspection was out of date by four months. Because I booked through a third party they couldn’t help us on the property. We walked up and down the stairs the whole time, we were on the fourth floor.
