Liked: The staff here was so so sweet and courteous and professional. Robert checked me in and he couldn’t have been more pleasant. And I believe the managers name was Misty, I’m unsure, but she was so gracious. This hotel was clean and welcoming for the same price I’ve paid for absolute hole in the walls. They made my terrible two days of car trouble a little more bearable.
Disliked: I didn’t mind it but I will say the hotel is near train tracks but so is every town in the west. It wasn’t loud at all just be prepared for the building to shake a bit every now and then.

Liked: The lighting was OK. I was able to open the window. It was on the first floor. Good pillows.
Disliked: Charging $20 for things you “might” use from the store is a BAD policy. We used nothing, but you are keeping our $20 for I-don’t-know-how-long. This is bogus and seems like it might be illegal. Now I have to keep track of whether or not I get that refund. Also, the linens are polyester. They feel awful and are way too warm. The breakfast was mediocre at best. No syrup for the waffles, or whipping cream, as in the Las Vegas location. Also, the Las Vegas location had cotton linens.

Liked: Never got room service at all.Black spills all over the walls and opened soap in the shower. Poop stains were still in toilet and hair in the bathroom sink, had to clean it all myself.
