Liked: We were there the night before the eclipse so we knew they would be very busy. They had the breakfast well stocked.
Disliked: The bed was extremely uncomfortable! Both of us woke up with back and hip pain. The mattress needs to be changed. We were in room 224.

Disliked: Dirty, terrible communication from staff. Was guaranteed a refund and have received nothing. Do not book this hotel!!

Disliked: The rooms were not clean. The couches and beds were overworn out.

Liked: The price of the room was very good. The room was also pretty comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. The tables weren't clean, they kept running out of different food items, and the wait for those items was very long because the staff member was running the breakfast and the front desk.

Disliked: No security latch and the phone didn’t work in the first room; change rooms still no security latch and no phone at all this room. Curtain was staying with I don’t know what but didn’t want to find out.

Disliked: They only had one staff at the front desk and the breakfast buffet. So when we went in for breakfast, they were out of most everything and we had to wait a very long time.. the ground and the tables were sticky and there and there was a mess everywhere! I

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: There wasn’t enough food for the guests at the hotel to eat. We all stood around for over an hour waiting for more food to be put out so we could eat breakfast. I also didn’t like the pool was unavailable but they didn’t update that on their website to warn people before we pay.
