Terrible stay.

Liked: Large room
Disliked: The AC in the room didn’t work the night was miserable.Front desk said oh we will have to look into that.Seriously I didn’t pay to sleep in a sauna in the middle of the summer.

Great stay lots of fun...

Liked: We had a great stay. The staff was amazing room was clean an excellent. The front desk area was clean and well maintained.
Disliked: The only issue we had was the Elevator sounded very bad we had an issue with it not wanting to open on the 3rd floor one evening. We thought that we was going to be stuck on the elevator. Thought I was going to have to ask to change rooms. They were very professional and prompt about getting someone to come fix it. After that it still made noise but functioning properly. The only other issue was when you got off the elevator the hallway corridor was very hot. No air conditioning going. Room got nice and cold though.

Won't be coming back

Liked: Close to venue, some of the staff amazing and accommodating.
Disliked: Refrigerator froze most my diabetic supplies, had in bottom drawer anything on the shelves froze, on my last night went to shower and their was an unwrapped pad attached to towel. Was told they would try to contact management regarding issues and were still charged regular amount. One staff member quite rude on multiple times.

We would stay here again.

Liked: Breakfast was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Our room smelled like a dirty man until we got the AC going to circulate the air.
