Super nice staff, but an...

Liked: The front desk was fabulous. I don't know that I have ever encountered nicer folks at the front desk. Really everyone I met was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The one issue was the cost. When I booked the rooms on Booking.com, I was shown one price. When I checked in, I was given a higher cost. The person who checked me in said that they were having issues with the Booking.com site and that the tax would be removed so that what I was actually charged matched what Booking.com said it would cost. I assumed that would happen. I see from my credit card statement that it did not. That is a disappointment.

Good Enough

Liked: Comfortable beds and ample bedding. This is the most important thing for us- enough sleep.Nice amount of space for our 5 people and stuff in one room and still can walk around. One of 4 days we ate there they served bacon which was appreciated. Okay temp control.
Disliked: It smelled chemical-weird in the room and entire hotel. Shower tub was sooo slippery. Hard to step over if under 5 foot 10.Sink was too high. Only good if 5 foot 10 or moreSheets/pillowcases not washed from previous people. The water was not soft in shower.The breakfast was boring- same daily.

Liked: Location and had reasonably priced washer and dryer! We have stayed here before but this time was a much better experience.
Disliked: The shampoo and conditioner were a little difficult to use with the larger bottles in the shower but we survived

Good

Liked: Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and parking easy and right next to the property
Disliked: Room was oddly humid despite air conditioning. Could have been that we were next to the pool. The pool itself was nice but the room had little to no ventilation so we could only stay for 10 minutes before we needed to leave because we couldn’t breathe with the heavy chlorine. A fan or open window would help!

We will stay here anytime...

Liked: The location was perfect! Quiet place to relax and get a great nights sleep. The lobby was inviting with a coffee/tea bar available all day.
Disliked: Would have liked the same lower rate for both Wednesday and Thursday nights. Not sure why Wednesday was $20 more for the night???

Exceptional

Liked: The pool and hotel room size were perfect for a family with kids.
