Liked: I like how convenient the laundry room is and how attentive the staff is!
Disliked: For two days Someone Kept trying to get in my room from next door.

Disliked: The check in process was not explained and a double hold on my card for incidentals.

Liked: Amenities were great, clean and orderly.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The view of El Paso was good.
Disliked: There was only one mirror in the room. The counter in the bathroom wasn’t secured to the wall. Very uneven carpet on the 4th floor hallway and in room itself. I almost fell walking down the hallway.

Liked: Location and cleanliness was good.
Disliked: Well, we stayed in rooms 213 and 215 which were directly above the lobby. The lobby music plays all night and kept us awake. The music could be turned off between the hours of 10 to 6. Also, since my stay at the hotel I'm getting 5 to 6 scam likely calls so it appears that my info may have been sold to telemarketers. That is not good.
