Personal is very rude

Disliked: The guy that was at the front desk was very very rude first he was being very sarcastic and he had an attitude, he did not let my boyfriend and I stay there which is fine but he then refused to give us our money back and also refused to give us any kind of help, I lost my money just because he was not in the mood to do his job.
