Decent

Liked: Location is perfect. Staff do efforts to keep the rooms and cafeteria clean.Breakfast was good , everything you need to start the day
Disliked: Hotel is near a train station . One night out of two spent there a loud signal woke us up at 3 am.Furniture is a little worn out.When opening soda bed for my grandson to sleep the mattress was worn out and dirty; of course we received clean sheets to cover it.

Would probably suggest staying somewhere...

Liked: The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
Disliked: Others have already mentioned that the rooms need help - the carpets were filthy and need replacement, as does the pullout couch. The elevators were slow. The breakfast was not great. The workout area is a treadmill, elliptical and a few free weights. The parking is valet with some random person not associated with the hotel at a different hotel location - so weird.

Great stay

Liked: Loved the comfortable beds, the AC, the mini fridge, gracious coffee available and the breakfast had so many choices!
Disliked: The elevator was quite slow and busy all the time. This is super minor . Could do with some elevator music during the trip to the top floors haha

Will not go back to...

Liked: Good location. Close to many downtown areas
Disliked: Carpet was disgusting, bathtub was dirty, ceiling was chipping, only 4 towels for a family of 5, sofa was filthy, overall room was not the cleanest.

Disliked: The air conditioner leaked into the room and soaked the carpet. There was garbage left under the couch. What else was not cleaned?
