Superb

Liked: The very best part of this hotel was when I was traveling with my 2 teenagers we were all able to have our own beds. We had a balcony and we had room to spread out.
Disliked: The elevator wasn't fast, but it was very reliable. The breakfast wasn't 5 stars, but it was plentiful and filling. Honestly I just don't have any complaints.

Superb location in Montreal and...

Liked: The location is superb and the fact that they clean your room everyday makes a huge difference vs. most hotels after Covid. The room was large and the beds comfortable.
Disliked: There were many things that were not working as expected. Instead of soap we had moisturizer in the bathroom, and the coffee machine was broken. Breakfast was very limited. None of these things are a dealbreaker however. I am mentioning them because rates are expensive here as in most of Montreal.

Disliked: The hotel needs renovation it’s old and dirty. The elevator is extremely slow, the shower doesn’t work properly and the rooms are dirty, after cleaning there was still hair on the old carpet and even in the sheets

Liked: Liked that the room was well ventilated and AC was working great in this heat. The bathroom was really nice and the beds were comfy. Having a fridge was really great since you could chill drinks in it.
Disliked: I didn't like the sofa bed, it felt really hard, and bedding was not provided beforehand knowing that it would be needed for the stay with 5 people in a 2 bed and sofa bed room. Additionally for toiletries, toothbrushes, and toothpastes should have been provided. Bonus would be to have water bottles in the rooms too.
