Comfort Suites Downtown Orlando

Basic room fit for a night stay after a concert. Nothing too spectacular but enough to crash. I'm generally not a picky person but the sheets were really stiff but if that's the only thing to even mildy complain about, the room served it's purpose.

Liked: Fairly close to venue.
Disliked: Sheets were pretty starchy.

Liked: Walking distance from Loch Haven, museums and Adventist Health. A short drive to Winter Park's Rollins College and Park Avenue and Mead Gardens. Just off I4 for more distant spots
Disliked: Crowded breakfast room when full occupancy

Will return when we need...

Liked: Room was large. Bed/Bedding and pillows were very comfortable. Air condtitioner was a bit noisy and did not cool very well during the night (froze up?). Breakfast was adequate, nothing special but ok for a continental breakfast.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff went out of their way to help us have a perfect stay. Everyone was so kind and caring. The room was spacious and clean.

Pleasantly surprised!

Liked: Donna at the front desk is an excellent representative for you. She should train your staff-wonderful customer service, friendly, helpful, kind, efficient.
Disliked: Room lighting is terrible. You can’t read when sitting on the sofa, no lights.
