Comfort Suites Downtown Orlando

Basic room fit for a night stay after a concert. Nothing too spectacular but enough to crash. I'm generally not a picky person but the sheets were really stiff but if that's the only thing to even mildy complain about, the room served it's purpose.

Liked: Fairly close to venue.
Disliked: Sheets were pretty starchy.

Liked: Location, decent room, close to tourist spots, and staff friendly but wouldn't budge on charging me a second time in person in order to stay there 😬when I showed them on my phone that I was fully charged the month prior when booked🙄.
Disliked: 1. The hotel used an internal billing system to charge me (in lieu of booking.com directly, which booking.com stated they allow some hotels to do so) at time of booking instead of check-in...and then I was DOUBLED CHARGED AT CHECK-IN...and...iTHEN TRIPLE-CHARGED 1 DAY AFTER CHECK OUT! I've complained to Booking.com and reported it to Chase and still the 2 duplicates remain pending till hotel responds. This is BS!!2. Elevator to top floor only available thru only 1/2 of hotel due to the way the bldg was designed...pretty dumb.

Liked: Expedient check-in, good breakfast, great bedding.
Disliked: Better rate for being a frequent guest.

Very good

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly! The location was perfect. We went to the Kia Center, which was only an 8 minute drive. Great location for that.
Disliked: The beds were a little small, but we knew they were only double beds when we booked the hotel. So it wasn't a surprise.
