Booking.com no help

Liked: Great that Comfort Inn made up for Booking.com losing my reservation.
Disliked: Nothing wrong with the property but Booking.com screwed the reservation up, it was never there. Fortunately Comfort Inn was able to get me the rooms I needed. And it’s impossible to get hold of Booking to get help. I’m done using them.

Disliked: Breakfast was poor.

Liked: Elevator was broken and my room was on the 3rd floor, and no internet conection, even the television kept blanking out, Also by the add they had a soaking tub in some of the rooms,in which i requested,and did not get.

Comfortable stay

Liked: Have stayed here multiple times and each time there was an issue with either the television or the thermostat but the staff promptly fixes the problem or moved my room so that I was in a room with working amenities. The spa tub was enjoyable but I did have to clean it first because it was apparent that no maintenance cleaning was done on the jets. Turned it on and black sediment shot out the first time I went to use it. I ran cleaner through the jets so I could enjoy the spa tub and it was then perfect. The rooms are soundproof compared to other places in town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is a bit boring but was enjoyable way to pass some time
