Liked: Location and my car was safe parked there.
Disliked: Air conditioning does not work properly in rooms. Sad condition. No food at needed times.

Liked: Close to the airport and I could leave my car.
Disliked: Very worn down. First room the air conditioner did not work - they worked on it - still didn’t work. Had to change rooms twice. That room was nicer. Not very clean. Lobby couch was totally stained. Needs some redo.

Disliked: The beds were worn out and they had No maid service, not enough luggage carts and the 1 1/2 they had were worn out. The breakfast was awe full. Powdered eggs and the sausage texture and taste was off

Liked: Honestly, the room was very comfortable, the Breakfast was not what I expected, it was doable, but it was really below my expectations for Comfort Suites, and the airport was NOT appeasing. I like the bed and the room quietness, and the shuttle driver, ohhh my goodness. I liked the Soft, comfortable bed; it was wonderful. I slept very well.
Disliked: I didn't like the way the staff was not very attentive and not professional at all. There was no welcome, no smiles, and no goodbye or thank you. It was just a check-in and check-out process. And sitting down while talking on the phone in front of a guest is so unprofessional. Please remember that you're working in the customer service industry, it's important to the growth and improvement of your Hotel business.
