Dissatisfied

Disliked: I called before making reservation to make certain the hot rib was working and was told that it was. When we checked in, we were told the hot tub had been broken for three days. Very dissatisfied

Liked: Very pretty room, very spacious fits 5 comfortably. They let us check in early because we arrived earlier than expected, pool and hot tub were amazing. Staff super helpful, the knob on the shower was stuck and the front desk clerk came and helped within 2 minutes of calling.
Disliked: Loved everything about it, very affordable and beautiful place to stay.

Liked: It was a good location
Disliked: I was down graded rooms because they over booked. The room was not cleaned. They left food in the fridge from previous guest, trash under the bed and night stand, and I had to scrub the tub from all the soap scum around it. My daughter passed away up the Saturday from being in the hospital for the last month. All I wanted was to sit in the hot tub easy all stress. And the hot tub was barely over the temp of the pool both nights. Whoever was the kitchen help on Saturday morning was super rude. I was really disappointed because I have been making a lot of trips up there and every hot tubs seemed to be something wrong with them. I even called and asked if it was up and running and wAs toldg
