Disliked: The fact that our truck and uhaul was stolen on hotel property during stay. A camera was pointing at the parking spot it was stolen from, one staff member said they have video and security but could not access and needs the manager, and then the manager stated they do not have security and the camera does not work. When asked about the stolen vehicle manager stated "well it looks like it wasn't broken into to be stolen, so it doesn't seem like anything can be done". Manager was seen by others possibly turning monitors off, appears staff may be involved in stealing vehicle and uhaul.

Disliked: I did not feel safe with the location.

Liked: The room's were good and gas station and places to eat were very close bye
Disliked: The location is sketchy and the swimming pool was awful. And of course it’s legal in Colorado so it smelled like pot most of the time

Maintenance needed

Liked: Bathroom looked like it was recently updated. Shower stall is exceptional; enjoyed size and ease of entry/exit.
Disliked: Carpeting needs to be updated or at least cleaned. Cigarette burn on vinyl footstool. Blackout drape does not cross over sheers.

Poor

Liked: The only real decent thing was the lady at the front desk. Who check is in and out.
Disliked: I wasn't happy that we got to the hotel around 3:45 The check in said as early as 3. We were given a room but it wasn't the room I had reservations for. So I brought it up to the front desk lady and she did get us in the right room. But we had to wait in the lobby, which had no AC on a 103°day. So we roasted during that wait time. Then at 10pm the person who was supposedly at the front desk. Called asking what room number I was in. Then proceeded to tell me that I didn't belong in that room. I corrected his mistake. But I was not happy with how rude he was on the phone. The elevator blew hot air so we roasted again. Also the dark put curtain didn't close. The ac unit in the room was too small for the space it was to cool down so again we were hot until after midnight. One of the lights next to the bed didn't work at all.
