Liked: Location and shuttle to Anschuts
Disliked: Heater in room sounded like a freight train

Would stay again!

Liked: The location to the Anschutz Medical Campus was great, less than a 10 min. drive. The room was much larger than expected and they honored my special request.
Disliked: The elevators could have been cleaner! The floors were covered with dirt and trash, would have taken a few mins. to sweep or vacuum.

Great value hotel. Easy access...

Liked: Hot breakfast provided every morning. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles. Plus cold options (cereal, fruit, bagels, etc.)The person who checked us in (I think he was the manager) was 100% dedicated to friendly, fast, customer service. Apologized profusely for helping another guest obtain some bedding. Super nice man!
Disliked: Only complaint would be that the shower did not have a lot of water pressure. And perhaps a variety at breakfast (pancakes one day, french toast, mini omeletes, for example)

Liked: These hotels are usually well kept
Disliked: We had requested a particular room and had it confirmed but once we got there we were told it was not available. We were promised to get it the following day and still did not receive the room. This has happened multiple times through booking. We felt like although Edgar attempted to help us and was very nice, we still were let down and our stay was not what we planned. Regardless we had to pay the full amount which to me was not okay.
