Very good

Disliked: Got my key to the room go up and had to go back down bc the key wasn't working.

The traffic at the elevator...

Liked: The breakfast was ok. The coffee was terrible. The food wasnt cooked thoroghly.
Disliked: COFFEE, A big disappointment.

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: The pool was dirty. You have to take your dirty towels down to the front desk in order to get clean ones everyday.

Liked: Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The carpets felt sort of dirty even though they looked fairly new and there was a humidifier running in our room and I'm not sure why. The pillows were the size of a couch throw pillow and the bed was on the firmer side

Disliked: The floor, both hard floor and carpet, was wet. The sheets felt wet. The humidity was insane in room. Because of wet floor obviously i had to wear my shoes whole time in room.
