Disliked: Bed very uncomfortable Pillows uncomfortable and flattened out fastOnly 1 outlet on each side of bed. No body wash in shower only shampoo and conditioner Shower door didn’t stay closed

Large rooms but disappointing ambience.

Liked: The location was perfect for a party we were attending in Lake Geneva at The Ridge.
Disliked: For the price, the hotel did not have any flair. Just average. When we walked into the Ridge for the same cost a night, it had a lovely fireplace, the gardens were spectacular, it looked like a much more expensive hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: Location. Room was big.
Disliked: Tub was clogged. Hotel not clean, bad smells in hallways and room. Outdated appliances, non working outlets.

Good value for one night...

Liked: Location is still really close to downtown Lake Geneva if you have a car
Disliked: Overall a bit disappointing. The cleanliness was a bit of an issue. Toiletry bottles in the bathroom were empty (shampoo/soap). There was hair in the tub and a weird smell that was very noticeable upon entering the room. Booked the room because of the extra beds and there was a dirty T-shirt in the pullout couch from the previous guests. Even though it was a holiday weekend, for the price that was paid, we expected a better experience.
