Liked: I liked that the room was on main floor. It was quiet. Bed was great. Room was clean. Nothing special.
Disliked: I called them direct for permission to have a 2pm check out as we were going to a wedding and needed to change our clothes. I was told we could check out a 2pm but when I checked in they said 12They also had request in writing. I was willing to pay extra but the wanted another full night. Breakfast was mediocre, very little to choose from but we checked out on a Monday and usually Monday breakfast is poor. Lightning in the room was horrible .just lamps. Bathroom hardly bright enough to see to put on makeup.Tv kept loosing signal

Liked: I booked this hotel and stayed at the property April 4. I accidentally booked May 4 before arriving at the property. (It was late at night and I booked the property unseen while parked on a busy roadside)I notified the desk clerk upon arrival of my mistake and he said he’d happily refund the charge. I notified Booking of my mistake. No refund. Hope y’all enjoyed my money. I was nowhere near Florida on May 5. Thanks for the great customer service. I have used Booking.Com for well over a decade and charged thousands of dollars in multiple countries.
