Everything was great. The staff...

Liked: The stay was great. The room was really nice. The bed was comfortable. The staff was great nice and friendly. The room was clean and really big. We will be staying there again. Hopefully a little longer next time. I would recommend it to anyone

I got great value for...

Liked: The location was easy to find. I didn't eat breakfast there.
Disliked: 2 things: 1) We didn't like the way the bathroom door shut every time we went in and out. If I went in, realized I left my toothpaste in my suitcase, I had to open the door. I know It sounds like I'm being very picky but you did ask....2) The pillows were the pits! You are not the only hotel to use them but I don't like the fact that they look nice and fluffy and comfortable but when you lay your head down on them, your head goes right down to the mattress. It's like they deflate.

I'm out $430 and had...

Liked: they gave us rooms side by side after I booked a handicap room by mistake. Rooms were clean and cool.
Disliked: got double charged after booking through third party. still have not received a refund from anyone. let alone been contacted by any over the double charge and whether I'm getting my money back.

Hotel was fine

Liked: Hotel was fine. We got in late so did not get to stay long but the breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The location was not in the nicest area. Not unsafe just industrial.
