Comfort Suites Columbus West - Hilliard

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was better than most hotels we've stayed at. The bed was comfortable. The shower was easier to use with lots of grab handles. (We did ask for a room with those features) Internet service was good. The location is very good with easy access to the freeway, restaurants, and shopping.
Disliked: The room was missing lotion, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers upon arrival but the staff quickly corrected that. The room had no bath towels when we arrived either, but the staff quickly corrected that as well. There was not adequate handicap parking on the site. It needs about 3 or 4 more designated handicap parking places.

Liked: Convenient to everything we were in town to attend was within 5-10 minutes.
Disliked: There was nobody at the desk when we tried to check out. We prepaid so didn't have to necessarily speak with someone but to say there is someone at the desk 24/7 and nobody was to be found. The housekeepers were nice but had the hallways blocked constantly during the day when cleaning rooms. They had no concern for the guests still in hotel to make sure they had room to come and go down the hallway.

Liked: The staff at Comfort Suites were awesome. The kids had a blast in the pool. The breakfast was great and the room was very clean.
Disliked: My grandson would like to see more variety of cereals. His favorite is captain crunch.

Liked: Very clean and quiet. Easy access off the highway. Very nice breakfast.
Disliked: Alarm clock display was nearly invisible. Would have preferred one with some backlighting.
