Liked: Pool was green and un kept I know it’s still not fully summer but a cover over it would help to not see it in such a way also the entire hall smelled like marijuana the room was ok except walked in on our maid sitting on the bed watching tv and then on the last day saw a German roach crawling up the wall

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: There were things that gave the hotel an unkept appearance. The chair at the front desk is very ratty looking and a cabinet door in the breakfast area is broken and is literally touching the floor. There is a black moldy looking old hand sanitizer unit in the elevator. The pool and hot tub were dirty and closed down. We had really looked forward to using them. There was no juice whatsoever for breakfast. I can understand being out of one kind, but not all.

Liked: The front desk helpers canceled our reservation and called a nearly hotel to see if they had rooms available.
Disliked: After traveling all day, we arrived to an uncleaned room. Having booked this room well in advance was even more of a disappointment.Unfortunately, no other rooms were available and we needed to find other accommodations late at night.
