Liked: Proximity, Cleanliness, Modern, Safe, Attentive Staff
Disliked: The room was very modern but did not have drawers. This was an issue as we were booked for nearly a week.

It was OK, but probably...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Location was great, and room was clean. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: The couch cover was stained, which made us not want to sit on it. There was a heavy waft of marijuana was just outside our door on the first floor, and we had a family of ants in our bathroom. We notified the front desk, and they said they would have maintenance check it out.

Liked: Breakfast was not 135 or high. Breakfast was cool, especially the items that were food safely mandatory, cooked food, could get food poison. Cereal milk wasn't cold, not refrigerator or in ice, the milk just sat on the counter. Don't know how long the milk sat out on counter.
Disliked: Could not get fresh towels, when I went to the desk, the gentleman asked did I not have towels in the room 😐. The morning lady was not knowledgeable about the hotel. The 2 to 10 gentleman was rude,sat in chair by the fireplace instead behind the desk. Asked for additional stay and was told that the hotel was full. So I got on booking. Com and the hotel was not full. I booked at another hotel. If they don't want my business I can go somewhere else. Worst experience would not recommend to anyone 😕 The swimming pool was very cold, could not use, went to the pool the next day the water was warm. Saw other people in the pool, hopefully they will mention the warmth of the pool. This can cause bacteria. Some health and food safety issues. It's a wonder no one is ill. Also the pool filter was not on, that filter is to be on at all times unless the pool area is under maintenance
