Good ... except...

Liked: The staff is very friendly. The pool is small and too cold but it was a fun little activity for my kids. The breakfast is decent. Beds are comfy. Rooms and halls are clean. Rooms are big.
Disliked: Its in an awful location. They let the homeless and sex workers over run that place. At night the lobby is full of homeless. And during the day the homeless are in and out. We went to smoke a cigarette at 3am and sex workers and homeless where all in the first floor and parking lot. Its a nice deed to let the homeless use the facility. But I was there with kids. And very uncomfortable with the environment the staff allowed.

Don't stay here

Liked: Not a thing
Disliked: This hotel is not safe. There were questionable individuals in the parking lot and a screaming match between two men two doors down from us at 4:30 am. There was blood on the wall in the bathroom and broken fixtures in our first room and we asked to be moved. We wouldn't have stayed at all had it not been a short stop for us.

Happy but lacking

Liked: That staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: They didn't have enough fruit choices for the breakfast, and even though they offered waffles, they did not offer syrup to go with them. Breakfast was a little disheartening.

Unsafe look

Liked: All the comforts, clean room
Disliked: Facility entry room door had safety latch busted off. Also there are knife stabs on bathroom door and toilet paper holder broken, near coffee area large red spots on carpet. Definitely signs of struggle happened in that room. Would have changed rooms but it was all booked up.
