Don’t waste your money!!

Disliked: The rooms could have been a little cleaner and been provided with more towels and sheets/blankets for the sofa bed. We did have an issue with the people above us being extremely noisy from 8pm-6am and complained to staff but nothing was done. The phones in the room didn’t work and the pool was FREEZING. The lobby area had multiple leaks in the ceiling that they had to have buckets all over the place to catch the water. The only thing I would say was decent was the night staff was super friendly! The morning staff was rude and never at the front desk.

Disliked: Our room wasn’t clean looking at all. Our bath tub with filthy . It look like the Maids only really changed the sheets and gave us clean towels . Didn’t look like the room had really be cleaned .

Liked: Staff was amazing they were able to fix any issue I came across and were very helpful. It was also a clean environment
Disliked: I enjoyed my stay only problem was the rooms key card , they kept on disconnecting so anytime I didn’t have access to my rooms we had to go to the front desk & get it reconnected
