Liked: Comfortable beds.
Disliked: The first front desk employee told me my card would be charged for 187 when it was actually 204. The second front desk employee told me I would not be charged for a second night when I checked out, but I was. The toilet would not fill up with water after every flush. The mini fridge was not cold. The ceiling paint in the pool area was peeling off. The bathroom in the pool area was gross.

Won’t stay there ever again.

Disliked: If they overbooked I would have appreciated it if they would have given me more notice that I wouldn't have a room for me. I was 1 state away, driving through North Carolina, when the associate called and said that my reservation had been canceled. I called around and couldn't find a room as all the hotels around the Fort Jackson area were booked. I did manage to get the last room on booking. Com for the Wyndham Garden so I called that hotel to make sure my room was available for me when I arrived as I was still an hour away from my destination. There was a problem with my card but the staff went out of there way to make sure I had a room when I arrived.

Liked: The location and the staff were nice the room was clean but run down in places; like the shower.
Disliked: The property needs better maintenance and up keep. The pool room is breaking down; there is ceiling in the pool. The gym has broken machines and no clean towels in either facility. The tv is not mounted correctly nor can you enjoy all it's capabilities. The food was okay. The front desk was nice but didn't know how to address any of the issues presented.

Disliked: The room smelled the toilet ran all night. None of us slept well on the beds. The sausage at breakfast was cold and it was very unorganized. Tried to talk with some staff and they were very short with their answers. Elevator and hallways smelled like weed. We were not happy with our stay and will probably not stay at a comfort hotel again.

Liked: Check in was easy, staff was nice. Breakfast was included… food wasn’t that good, the man handling the food looked dirty, butt crack hanging out. Never washed tables, every table had leftover food. We didn’t even eat anything the 2nd day. Other than that everything was nice. Was happy shampoo n conditioner n lotion was in bathroom, must bring soap n toothpaste.
