Looks can be deceiving

Liked: Upon arrival and just looking at the outside and inside we thought oh ok this is decent. The staff on the other hand made up for the lack. They were extremely friendly and accommodating given our situation, the provided breakfast was also a big plus.
Disliked: Our rooms furniture was very outdated and had had stains galore, the pullout sofa bed mattress stained. Our younger kids wanted to go swimming, the pool has no lights, something we weren’t told when checking in. We were told we could use the pool until 11:00 p.m. we had to use one of camping lanterns to have some light.
