Disliked: Sink drain was slow & stopper not connected. Hot & cold water on the wrong side if faucet. Fridge needed defrosting.

Disliked: Advertised pool, hot tub and sauna. The hot tub and sauna were out of order.

Pleasant

Liked: the staff were amazing, and the breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: the pool wasn't heated, the jacuzzi didn't work, and the sauna didn't work.

It was okay

Disliked: Too much money for the accomodation. The staff was arguing with the guest in front of me. It was about a cancelled reservation but still the staff should have not argued like that, she should have kept her cool (customer service).

Disliked: Nothing worked, phone, tv, bathroom outlets, air conditioner. Indoor pool was freezing, hot tub, sauna out of order!

Wouldn't stay afain

Liked: Ya stains on the carpet, hole in the bathroom door, blood on the seat in the bathroom. I've tried emailing company for full refund. Trash still on the trash can.
Disliked: Cleaning could have been a lot better, the option for a late check out should definitely be an option. Breakfast and breakfast room could have definitely been a lot better.

Liked: It was fairly quiet, and I did sleep okay for the 7 hours I was at the hotel
Disliked: The shower had hair in it. There were candy wrappers left from the previous people. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was a 4.

Liked: Convenient location and the room was decently sized with a sofa and work space. Bed was ok and bathroom mirror was backlit which was nice for putting on makeup in the morning.
Disliked: It's like they tried to update the hotel to compete with Marriott for amenities but went super cheap and no one has maintained anything. Staff are not friendly and do not care about this place. Breakfast was awful, stale bread, dried out rehydrated eggs and cardboard bacon with expired milk and an empty mini fridge. Everyday multiple things were out, including plates and coffee cup lids, and it was very poorly attended by staff; very disappointing because the hot breakfast was one of the reasons I booked here. No fresh drinking water available in lobby or during breakfast. Sauna was out of order and while there was no sign indicating the hot tub was out, it was colder than a bath and had stuff floating in it. Pool towels were threadbare, glorified hand towels Exercise room was barely functional and weirdly located in a sunroom behind the pool. Microwave in the room was so old and dysfunctional.
