Liked: Convenient location and the room was decently sized with a sofa and work space. Bed was ok and bathroom mirror was backlit which was nice for putting on makeup in the morning.
Disliked: It's like they tried to update the hotel to compete with Marriott for amenities but went super cheap and no one has maintained anything. Staff are not friendly and do not care about this place. Breakfast was awful, stale bread, dried out rehydrated eggs and cardboard bacon with expired milk and an empty mini fridge. Everyday multiple things were out, including plates and coffee cup lids, and it was very poorly attended by staff; very disappointing because the hot breakfast was one of the reasons I booked here. No fresh drinking water available in lobby or during breakfast. Sauna was out of order and while there was no sign indicating the hot tub was out, it was colder than a bath and had stuff floating in it. Pool towels were threadbare, glorified hand towels Exercise room was barely functional and weirdly located in a sunroom behind the pool. Microwave in the room was so old and dysfunctional.

Liked: The toilet was clogged when we showed up had to plunge it my self. Room did not look like the pictures was told it had a Jacuzzi style large tub in room. Only had small tub in bathroom that wouldn’t even hold water. Stood at front desk for atleast 5 minutes while desk clerk sat there on his phone before he said anything I asked about an extra 150.00 charge on my card he said nothing he could do to ask someone else Breakfast was burnt eggs and bacon

Worst place ever

Liked: Well we can start out by saying they steel your credit card and rack up credit card charges. They supposedly checked in another guest that had the same first name? ( ya right) Stephanie mentioned at check out she would be in contact with me in 5 days to go over charges as they didn’t have a manager there to fix the credit card issue. To begin with I was not in house and was 3 hours away but my card was charge.. low and behold Tara told me the guest (same name) had been there for days and had just moved rooms… let’s just say 4 days later my card is still being charged. Called Stephanie two days later and she was rude said she is not in charge of this account anymore and I will get a call from the manager Jeet! Ya right haven’t heard from him at all.. stay clear of this place. Multiple people accessing the morning breakfast and walking out with 5 plates of food and driving off. Like what the heck. So no food for the guests to have a decent meal. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Please report these people another review on google had a similar situation but they got a lot more money from them. I have text alerts every time my card is charged so I called them every time. New card issued and multiple agency involved to for credit card fraud.

Liked: The suite was nice and roomy. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Restrooms downstairs was filthy and the TV was complicated and no one could tell us how it worked.
