Disappointed because my grandson could...

Liked: The location was great, easy access off freeway. Front Desk staff and maintenance staff, very friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean.
Disliked: The pool and workout area hours don't start until 10:00 am. That is way too late to use in the morning before workout. Breakfast bar was not stocked with silverware, sugar, plates, waffle batter, yogurt . The morning staff said it was her first day of doing breakfast

Disappointing

Liked: The room was run down and window had a crack in it and the TV didn't even work.

We only stayed 1 night...

Liked: Awful. Tried to make a waffle and the handle fell off the waffle maker.
Disliked: The room was dirty and all scared and scuffed up.

Disliked: Had to switch rooms due to the terrible smell. New room assigned. TV was not even plugged in to the power or cable. Hooked up myself. Went to use the hot tub that night. Cold as ice. No sign. Would have stayed somewhere else if I had known that

Superb

Liked: I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who seemed to be running the whole hotel as She was awesome! She went above & beyond in helping make sure our stay was as comfortable & safe as possible.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean the staff were super helpful and friendly and even let us have a late check out when we asked for it. I loved the room the most and the set up and how comfortable the beds and pillows were. We slept amazingly!
Disliked: Nope! This was a wonderful hotel and we cant wait to come back!

If you are looking for...

Liked: Has a great location right off the freeway, and close to food.
Disliked: The pool looked as if it didn’t get cleaned from the night before hence the same towels were in the same spots when we left the pool. The trashes are overflowing. Not much room to eat in the morning.
