The Unsanitary visit

Liked: Leaving the hotel
Disliked: Having pee stains on the bed sheets and finding bed bugs inside a pillow case. Also having mouse droppings in the window seal. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana. And not getting a refund.

Superb

Good

Liked: Very friendly staff, clean for the most part, definitely need to pull things from the wall and vacuum including in and around the couches. Breakfast was very good, pool was really clean.
Disliked: The hot tub was closed and us parents were really looking forward to it. Stayed two nights and never had towels brought to us we had to go ask for them. There were no pool towels.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned properly. There was dried urine along the base of the toilet , and the counters didn’t appear to have been wiped down . The sofa bed, which we intended to use , was filthy. The sheet was dirty and there were belonging still there from a previous stay. (Dirty hairbrush ,crumbs, hair).

Decent, carpets and room outlets...

Liked: Convenient to the interstate, lots of food options nearby.
Disliked: Marijuana odors, particularly outside of the entrance. Noisy hallways during sleep hours. Small, cube-like pillows are really weird.

Liked: The location was good…
Disliked: The water wasn’t hot in the shower…There were dirty socks on the floor along with other things not very clean..We had a triple room with 3 towels when asked for more the next day they said they didn’t have any I went to Meijer and bought some..Front desk wasn’t very welcoming ..
