Needs adult management

Liked: The location was convenient to where I was going the following morning. Easy access to highways. The room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: As I was waiting to check in someone called the front desk complaining that the bed had not been changed. They were told that they could come down and pick up clean sheets and they would have to make up the bed. I was given my key card and headed to my room. It did not work. Two other people walking down the hall said they had the same issue. I went back to the front desk to get a new key card. While there a gentleman came and was complaining that his remote did not work. The lady did not have any batteries to give him so she had to take the ones out of the remote for the tv in the lobby. As she was taking care of his issue a lady came down to complain that her room had not been cleaned or made up for the third day in a row. Got my new key card and headed back to my room. Nope. That one didn?t work either! l went back to the front desk and this time she went back to the room with me and use a master key to open the door. She then advised us that if we left to go anywhere she would have to come back and unlock the door. I was glad we had already eaten. These are all issues that indicate a lack of management.
