Manager refused contact

Liked: The property was very clean and up to date, they were actually renovating.
Disliked: My experience was wonderful up until check out. Someone left a firearm in a room which they somehow linked to the room I was assigned. By the time I got the memo, my information was already given to the police. This firearm didn’t belong to me and had to be from a different room, my concern and frustration came from how they were able to link something like that to an incorrect room and I attempted contact with the manager and have yet to hear back from them.

Liked: Room was nice.
Disliked: They're under renovation so breakfast was just a bagged breakfast you had to take back to your room to heat. Had to go outside to get to front desk. Renovation & cold breakfast not listed on the website or probably would have picked a different location.
