Overpriced for what you get.

Disliked: The room was not ready at 4:30 pm when check-in is at 4. We waited over an hour, then, when asked by the clerk about the room, she offered to put us in another comparable room. Why did she not do this initially? The pull-out sofa was dirty, and it looked like someone had been eating peanuts. The mattress on the pull-out sofa is THIN!The breakfast area is small and runs into the lobby. Food is poorly organized around the perimeter. The tables were not clean as well as the upholstery.The pool, well, it is very SMALL!

Liked: Room was nice and AC actually worked well
Disliked: Booked 2 rooms and stated in the notes when booking that we would like them close to each other, which seems like common sense, but when arriving we were on different floors. We were early for check in, but the lady said she would switch our rooms so we were close, with one room in between us and on the same floor. When we came back to check in, she was no longer there and the new people said they were full and that she should never have told us that and that she did not inform them of it either. We ended up on separate floors. They were very unfriendly and no help. When we arrived in our room, WiFi would not connect the way it was supposed to, which required us to then call down to the desk to get it figured out.

Liked: breakfast selection and quality was decent for the mid-priced restaurant chain. I mostly stay here for the location - easy access to James Island down Savannah Highway and a quick trip to the airport on 526 when I catch an early flight home.,
