Disliked: The pictured rooms and the outside do not accurately present this hotel and the pool area is RUN DOWN and the picture of the pool area is not even of this location pool is crumbling apart the room upon checking in was not clean even after checking in and telling them the room wasn't clean they assured me that when I got back from going out w my family it would be cleaned I came back and the floors were still dirty still had trash under the nightstands it was ridiculous and then EVERYTIME I left and returned I had to ha e my room key redone and could only get one key to work at a time and it only worked one time then had to go to the desk and have it rekeyed EVERYTIME it was not a good experience for me and my family I had expected a hotel not a motel

Liked: I liked he convince of the location and the free breakfast option, We had plenty of towels and appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room.
Disliked: The 3rd floor hallway was hot. We figured it was due to the ice machine exhaust at the end of the hallway. The bath mat and sheets had holes in them. The pillows were smaller than standard size (but there were 5 of them). The ceiling had bad repairs. There was a musty smell in the room. We had to unplug and plug in the cable box to get it to work. The clock radio time was way off. The staff were okay, not friendly, but answered our questions. There were some sketchy people outside by the trees. It was outdated.

Liked: Location was decent, that is literally the only good thing about the trip and this nasty hotel
Disliked: The room was dirty, pulled out the sofa bed and found a stale chip in it. There was a moldy nesquic bottle under the bed by the wall and a child’s toy under the night standThe carpet felt sticky and the room smelled terrible There were tons of cosmetic flaws the charging ports on the lamp didn’t work The staff was absolutely sub parWe went to breakfast Saturday morning mover 2 tables together so we could eat together and the dirt and gunk that were under those tables was embarrassing and disgusting now let’s talk food… the breakfast was absolutely terrible and inedibleThe waffles were not even good it was like they watered the batter down..Saturday evening the hotel smelled of weed all night and the parking lot sounded like a damn hip hop bar, all we heard all night was thump,thump, thump it made for an extremely long night trying to get the kids to sleep and to stay asleep..10/10 do not recommend and will never be back this neg
