Liked: Hotel was nice and clean! Breakfast was good.

Disliked: Air conditioner leak the carpet was wet and they had bedbugs. I told the workers and they did nothing.

Worse stay in corpus!

Liked: Room was filthy, had to request new bedding sheets due to bed being filthy, pool dirty, hot tub broken, smell was unpleasant, staff entered room unannounced while my children were undressed!! Do not recommend this hotel at all!

Our stay was a 4...

Liked: The breakfast was mid, I can say the waffle was the only breakfast piece that I liked. We enjoyed the pool and the nearby restaurants. It was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. I also liked that during the time that we were out, they would come in and replace the towels. Living in a hotel nearby the beach would require a change of towels frequently.
Disliked: We found a roach in our bathroom and a team of ants on the window. It was raining on the day we arrived and water was leaking through the window. The sofa bed in the room has the most fragile mattress. I didn't expect it to be thick because it must fold to go back in the sofa but it was still terrible to feel the springs all around your body in the night. The mattress was torn and it had a large questionable stain on it. After that we suddenly felt the room very dirty. I had drop at least 1 oz. of water on accident on the carpet. I used the white towel to pat it dry and the towel quickly turned into a very muddy brown. Our uncomforted feeling rose and we didn't expect for it to get any worse. I had to was laundry before we left and the only accessible elevator broke. I had to take the stairs to the 4th floor. We began to rush to leave and we then found a rat trap under the A/C unit. Our whole stay felt so dirty and it was too much. I do not recommend anyone to stay here at all. I gave it the benefit of the doubt because I did read the reviews before I reserved it and it was months or I think years before the latest post was posted. Regardless I believe companies should read their reviews to make improvements.
