Good value, nice location
Liked: Very nice location, room was great for the most part. The tub/shower was not great. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: In a 4 day stay our key had to be reprogrammed to unlock our door 3 times. None of those times did the staff even apologize, chosing instead to try to make it out that it was our fault. I found that to be terrible customer service. Oh, and only one of the two elevators was working. Not a lot of fun in a 4 story building.

Liked: The location was great. The rooms were good size and very clean. We loved the layout.

Never stayed there - dishonest...
Liked: Never stayed at property - property was advertised as 1.4 miles from C.U. - the property is approximately 14 miles from the university.
Disliked: Never stayed at the property - advertising was inaccurate and ultimately dishonest. Alex at the front desk refused to cancel the reservation despite showing her the advertisement for the hotel that says it is 1.4 miles from CU. Booking.com said it was the hotels discretion to cancel reservation - Hotel or Alex, in this case, said the add was created by Booking.com. and that she refused to cancel the reservation despite my explaining to her and showing her the 1.4 miles from CU. Alex also suggested that CU is 1.4 miles from the city area in which the hotel resides despite the fact that the hotel is another 12 miles away ! My daughter and I had searched for hotels within 2 miles of CU. Clearly, the hotel and booking.com are comfortable with deceiving students, their families etc In order to appear to be close to CU. I’m sure helps with AI algorithms. So I’m with my daughter with a car full of her things to move into CU and I refused to accept what is basically a “bait and switch” and worse a denial of any responsibility for the false advertisement. Both the Hotel and bookings.com refused responsibility for the false information but expected I would honor my agreement. If it was my error, or confusion I would honor my contract, but not when intentionally misled. At no point, did either the hotel or booking.com apologize or even accept canceling the reservation despite showing them a picture of the misleading information. Reputation matters, so does integrity. Not sure how far to take this, but will not be paying for the 3 day reservation.

A very pleasant, friendly place...
Liked: We called in the reservation very late at night and they accommodated us immediately. We were greeted at the desk by a friendly staff member. The date was very clean, pleasant, and enjoyable. I would highly recommend.
