Disliked: No maid service entire stay, had to take used towels and retrieve new ones as well as empty trash. My tv did not work entire stay and each time I reported it, was told would ask maintenance to fix, but also comments were very unprofessional. I checked out a day early amd was still charged for it. Very poor customer service. I had to ask 3 times for a itemized receipt.

Liked: The location is close to a lot of places to eat and things to do.
Disliked: The bathrooms by the pool were completely disgusting and dirty. The toilets were overflowing in both the mens and women's bathrooms and the dirty water was flowing out under the doors. The staff member that was sitting at the counter was completely oblivious to the water that was all over the carpet on the floor. We left early because of the uncleanliness of the facility.

Liked: The room was spacious with a separate sitting area and couch. The floors were clean enough that I could walk without shoe, and that's a big thing for me. Beds and pillows were comfortable and warm. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Things were warm and cold as needed. the bread for toast was not the freshest but ok, definitely not a deal breaker. I would stay again and refer others as well.
Disliked: the only complaint we really had was in the fitness room, it is not a big one with a lot but the issue was the temperature, it was 80 degrees F inside with no way to adjust the temp and no fans. No way you could do a good cardio workout as I like to do at that temp. I did report to the staff who was going to call maintenance. The next morning it was still not fixed and then we left so not sure of the solution, may take a few days if repairs are needed. I can also adjust and do something else as well.
