Liked: My daughter and I arrived at 4 o’clock to check in which was an hour after the time you are allowed to only to be told with five other people that the rooms were not ready. Whenever the front desk asked if that was OK I said actually know because we have an event that we need to get ready for and we need to get to our room. She then miraculously checked in there were rooms that were available. I was told that there was not going to be an up charge for the room as it was just on a different level but whenever we checked out, I was told different. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty with black rings around the water outlets and the tub did not drain. The guest in the room next to us had children running around and screaming at all hours of the night up and down the hall and front desk would do nothing about it when we woke up the next morning to try to enjoy some of the breakfast. It was either cold or empty and we got down there half an hour after breakfast had started. I asked to check out if they were having staffing issues and they said no we’re fully staffed.
