Don’t stay at this location.

Liked: The view out the window was beautiful.
Disliked: The tub was clogged with so much hair, ended up having to have maintenance come and finish getting the tub to drain. You could see daylight all around the door, enough that my hubby pushed a towel through part of it to give us some privacy. Nothing was plugged in, including the AC, which never did cool the room down to a comfortable temperature. Tried to use the phone to call the front desk but it didn’t have 1 cord plugged in. The toilet was dirty and the room was dusty. The staff was rude and refused to let us change rooms.

Liked: The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. When we asked the clerk if we needed to evacuate he just shrugged his shoulders and didn’t communicate with anyone. This incident scared my family and it could have been handled much more professionally.
Disliked: The night the fire alarm went off breakfast wasn’t delayed or extended.

Disliked: Let’s start from getting there , they charged my card twice , so now I’m starting off with 44 dollars in account, no help to fix the sisuation , woken up at 3:45 to a fire alarm everyone out for 45 min start sending e mails to everyone to be reimbursed nothing broke ,and spent 3/4 of the day trying to, NOW THE ROoM , broken latch , broken mirror, Brocken glass trashed room really, broken chair wall have stains running down them on an on also washer and dryer broke , bisness center closed out of order
