Liked: I liked that it was close to where I needed to be.
Disliked: Done late check in, about 12:30, took about 30 minutes just for that which was fun with a cranky toddler and newborn. Then the room we were assigned was filthy. It wasn’t cleaned from the previous person. Beds were undone and slept in, and the pullout bed was also out. We were able to switch rooms but then the room didn’t have a remote, and the phone didn’t work to call the lobby. The lobby said they were “short” on tv remotes. We had also booked two queen size beds, and my bed is a queen size and they were smaller than that… like two full sized maybe. On top of that, I was over charged and they couldn’t explain to me why/how, and I am still waiting for that to come back into my account 3 days later. Their breakfast wasn’t terrible, but the gravy was super watery, like canned gravy.

Liked: We got in very late on a long road trip, the night manager and staff were fabulous. Even offered to leave breakfast out if we planned to head out before it started. Anything we asked for we got. The room was great for a family of five. Great value, friendly people, clean room.

Disliked: The stains on the sofa cum bed. Limited toiletries for 4 guests bedroom. Breakfast was ok... had to ask for bread topup. It was topup with frozen slices. looks like from freezer storage and was not fresh.
