REASON FOR OUR TRIP SUCKED...
Liked: GREAT STAY! WE CAME BACK A COUPLE DAYS LATER FOR ANOTHER STAY. I THINK YOU GUYS ARE NOW THE GUY THAT KNOWS A GUY THAT HAS A HOTEL!!
Disliked: NOTHING COMES TO MIND.

Never again comfort suites billings...
Liked: A local brewery!! Nothing about the hotel was good
Disliked: Nasty toilet not cleaned with poop stains, sink didn’t drain eitherFront desk clerk was having a nervous breakdown when we tried to check in, desk clerk in a.m very unfriendly

Rocky start but over all...
Liked: Great location. Great facility very modern and clean
Disliked: Young woman checking me in was a bit different. I was lectured on having a pet and a stern warning about any illegal activities in my room. Stayed in hundreds of motels never been lectured like I was a criminal before when I was standing there with my family. Morning staff was amazing and friendly.

Comfort Inn = absolute great....
Liked: Hotel staff was great - especiallly the woman and the desk when we arrived and discovered that Booking.com has screwed up our reservation and was completely non-responsive in helping. If it wouldn't have been for her, we would have been sleeping in the car instead of the room for which we had preparid -Thanks for nothing Booking.com
Disliked: Booking.com really sucked with this reservation. We arrived at 1am with a prepaid reservation through booking.com to find the hotel had no record of our reservation, and Booking.com customer service would not answer the phone nor respond via text or e-mail. 4 days later and STILL no response from Booking.com. After 25 minutes on hold the desk agent at comfort suites discovered the reservation was under our phone number, not name. Booking.com had several glitches when booking hte reservation, apparenlty this one one of them. So we finally were checked into our room at 1:45am. If Booking.com had made ANY effort to help, or any sort of follow up I would have been happy. Instead they completely left us hanging after reserving a $220+ room customer service has made zero effort to reach out in the 4 days since. I will not be using booking.com for future trips and will make sure everyone I know is aware of how unhelpful they are if there is an error in their system.

Friendly staff, and comfy bed.
Liked: I went to the Comfort after having a terrible customer service experience at another hotel in Billings. I was treated like family when I walked in and was made to feel comfortable in the hotel.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like at this hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.
