Front desk female is awful.
Liked: The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast was pretty good too. The night manager Navin is wonderful. They need more employees like him.
Disliked: The female receptionist that is on the day shift is extremely rude and she has zero customer service skills. I was told that I wasn't allowed to bring my personal belongings into the room I already paid for. She is just rude for no apparent reason. They should replace her with someone more competent.

The beds are a bit...
Liked: Excellent location. The hot tub made this an extremely relaxing place. Excellent staff, very friendly. It was a very good experience, I have yet to find a Comfort Suites that doesn't exceed my expectations.
Disliked: The beds were a bit too high. We had to go buy a step stool just to get into the bed.

Exceptional
Liked: Well it was one of the best stays in our entire Hotel experience, everything was clean, breakfast was bomb, A.C was super cold, beds were comfy no back pain, staff treated us well we were there for a whole week. Swimming pool was awesome

It did not start well....
Liked: The breakfast lady was awesome. She is the only reason I did not give the staff a zero. She had a great breakfast prepared. She also went out of her way to help when the intial door card did not work. She was a pleasant person!
Disliked: Drove 7 hours to get there. I arrived at 1 o'clock the time I told bookings.com that I would arrive. They're check in was 3 O'clock. I asked if I could get in to sleep. The manager told me it would be $20 early check in fee. I declined. The manager told me to give him 30 minutes and come back and he would try to get me in early. i slept in my car for 30 minutes. They then charged my card again for check.in. I checked my bank card it showed to have 2 pending charges. I told them I had paid bookings.com at check in before they charged me. . Then my cards did not unlock my door. The breakfast lady tried both cards also. she then let me in with her card because I had suitcase. She called down to the office to verify my cards did not work.
