Bad stay

Liked: Now we got done with what we had to do and wanted to go back and get in the pool or hot tub period pull it was like an ice box and dirty. You couldn't even see the bottom of the hot tub. Hot tub didn't even come on. Keys for the room didn't work, so we had to go back down and get new ones. The breakfast the next morning didn't even look edible. Looked like it was leftovers from it past days. Ended up going to a restaurant to eat. I'm seventy years old and have traveled a lot in my lifetime, and i've stated a lot of comfort suites never have I seen one in such bad disarrays, this one just jump like being alone

Liked: Breakfast was good and the woman who replenished the food was very warm and friendly. The location was good.
Disliked: One concern was the bathroom. It was not the fault of the staff. The tub could use another rail at the back. The tub had what was supposed to be non slippery but it was very slick and my sister and I both nearly slipped. The beds were very comfortable, but were thigh high on us which we had difficulty getting onto, but once there, we slept well.

Disliked: The air conditioner was stuck on 65°. Couldn't turn it down!! The room wasn't very clean. There are lots of stains on bedding and curtains. No extra pillow or blanket for sofa. It seemed like the room hadn't been clean properly in a few weeks or months. Lots of gossiping and singing housekeepers, though. To top it all off, I went to check it out this morning. And right on the counter/desk was bug spray for ants and cockroaches. Don't stay here!!

Enjoyable, I would return.

Liked: The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast was pretty good too. The night manager Navin is wonderful. They need more employees like him.
Disliked: The female receptionist that is on the day shift is extremely rude and she has zero customer service skills. I was told that I wasn't allowed to bring my personal belongings into the room I already paid for. She is just rude for no apparent reason. They should replace her with someone more competent.

The beds are a bit...

Liked: Excellent location. The hot tub made this an extremely relaxing place. Excellent staff, very friendly. It was a very good experience, I have yet to find a Comfort Suites that doesn't exceed my expectations.
Disliked: The beds were a bit too high. We had to go buy a step stool just to get into the bed.
