Liked: The facility is old and broken down, more like a motel than a hotel. There was no A/C in the lobby. A rat was spotted in the hallway. The rooms' A/C leaks in the walkway throughout the building.

Disliked: They need to keep up on the maintenance of the building out sliding glass door was very hard to open and there was cracks in the foundation of the patio outside of our room

Liked: Excellent front desk representative communication with guests. Upon checking in she was very polite and made sure to accommodate me with ADA room to meet my needs for not having to walk too far.
Disliked: N/A

WORST EXPERIENCE

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: When we arrived the desk attendant could barely look up from her phone to check us in. Once we got to our room we noticed the toilet was not flushing correctly. We reported this to the front desk but she was not willing to do anything about it. Later in the evening the toilet overflowed. We reported it to the front desk but she said there was nothing she could do, we asked for another room and she claims she did not have one available. We asked for the manager but was told she left at 6 and could not be reached. When trying to check out the next morning the man at the desk said he was unable to check us out because it says we are to stay 2 more nights. Even after showing him the email saying our changes to only stay one night were granted. He said his manager would have to make the changes. I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ruined my whole outlook on Baton Rouge. We came home early because this experience was exhausting and caused me major anxiety. I will most likely not visit again.

Liked: The room was great! loved how clean it was from the bedsheets to the restroom. We like to sleep in when we can so we didn't have breakfast.
Disliked: The room was great, yet it would have been perfect if the room didn't have a wall in the middle shielding the AC air from reaching the bedroom. It was quite hot at night.
