Bad

Liked: Pool was nice but was raining.
Disliked: They had bedbugs,so no rest for me at all. It also smelled and was ghetto.

Liked: Room was very comfortable. Just needed lower level because my friend has breathing problems and she couldn't walk too far without stopping and the elevator closest to our room was out of service.
Disliked: Elevator not working and steps were in really bad condition.

Liked: Facility was pretty worn, but very clean and maintained pretty well for its condition.
Disliked: It was fine for the price.

It was horrible

Liked: There where no extra towels to give us. Or any extra blankets . Then to top it off the towels I did get where full of someone else’s hair so when I dried off my face had pube hair on it I’m highly pissed

Liked: The first room we had there was a loud noise that sounded like a washing machine, it was so loud that we didn’t even unpack anything and went to the front desk to see about being moved. They moved us to another room and at 2:30 in the morning the AC completely broke, it was frozen and was COOLER outside than inside our room. My husband went to the front desk and the girl said since we had slept in the bed and already moved us once, there was nothing she could do. She gave him a fan which did nothing but rattle and make noise but we tried to get some rest. My husband then returned to the front desk and they said they would fix it so we left to continue our day plans; he went back around 11, and they said they fixed it and he returned to the room only to see it had not been fixed and was still 80 something degrees in the room HOT and miserable. He went back to front desk and asked them to refund us the room that we were leaving. The manager (which is why I gave a better rating) was very understanding and said she would honor the refund that I had to request on booking.com site. Other than those issues the location is very loud being so close to I-10 and other people being loud. I would not book there again. Price is great but the whole hotel is just ridiculous….oh and the elevators didn’t work.
