Not good due to things...

Liked: Conveniently located
Disliked: Beds weren’t made and room hadn’t been clean when we arrived. Also, no shower curtain in our bathroom. The keycard that was was supposed to unlock the doors from the back and side of the building didn’t work. I reported it and was told they don’t work for that and just to use it for access to the room. The problem is that it was cold and raining and the hotel was booked to capacity, so I had to park in the back and walk all the way around to the front of the building each time I needed to go in and out. The waffle dispenser had no batter in it, so I had to report it. that was around 7:30am and breakfast started much earlier. The staff were nice, but it just felt like there was no concern about all these inconveniences. I paid $515 for one night’s stay and definitely don’t feel it was worth it. I probably will never stay again.

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Room wasn’t ready when promised, gave me different rooms than what I reserved. I reserved and paid for the rooms 6 months before. We had no pillows for our bed/ or couch. The bathroom was dirty, the refrigerator squealed all night long and was told nothing could be done. I will NEVER stay at a Double Tree again, Comfort Suites included! Spent over $500 a night each on 2 filthy rooms!

Liked: The location, and breakfast was decent
Disliked: The staff could not have been more uninterested....they weren't rude, it was just obvious none of them cared about the job, no personality, no good morning, nothing. A friendly face and personality goes a long way....apparently customer service isn't part of this establishment.

Very nice for the weekend....

Liked: It’s clean and the suite was spacious! Plenty of room for my family of 6!
Disliked: The pool is not heated.

Liked: Property was fine. Staff was great.
Disliked: Mattress needs to be replaced soon. Hide a bed mattress needs to be thrown away. Corners were torn with wires protruding.
