Liked: The customer service was the best I’ve had in a hotel.
Disliked: The facilities were not kept up well. House keeping was lazy and did not show up some days even though we weren’t there. The bathroom was not super clean, as well. There were a lot of issues we ran into.

Liked: The staff was fantastic
Disliked: The TV remote didn't work

Liked: Room was fine.
Disliked: Noise level was outrageous. Kids ran up and down hallway screaming, crying, slamming doors well after midnight. Staff did nothing. Checkout clerk said "well that happens"

Disliked: They WiFi don’t work well couldn’t get the staff never to assist with anything he never answered the phone the floor wasn’t mopped
