Paid extra for suites to...

Liked: Paid extra for a suite room to accommodate 5 ppl. The pull out couch was dirty and stained. When we pulled out the bed it was even worse plus no sheets, pillows, or blankets were available in the room. I would not let me child sleep on the pull out couch and we crammed 3 to a bed. Very gross but it was 12pm after driving 6 hrs and we just wanted to close our eyes and sleep
Disliked: Not clean couch/bed. Stained, dirty.

Liked: Breakfast was decent. The room was clean but warm despite lowering the air conditioning.
Disliked: The room smelled musty.

Disliked: Nice staff, not enough. Phone chargers in the room did not work. Hot tub jets didn’t work.

Liked: The morning front desk lady was very polite. And helpful.
Disliked: The night front desk lady was kind of rude and snarky. When I asked for the full set of linen for the pull out couch b/c there wasn't any in the room.
