THE WORST HOTEL EVER. IT...

Liked: NOT A SINGLE THING. WE LEFT AFTER MINUTES OF ARRIVING AND FINDING IT NOT ONLY THE LOBBY SMELLING LIKE FORMALDEHYDE BUT A LARGE BLACK BUG WAS ON THE CEILING OF OUR BEDROOM. WE COULD NOT STAY IN SUCH A DESPICABLE FACILITY AND LEFT. WE HAVE REQUESTED A FULL REFUND AND WE HAD BETTER RECEIVE IT. IT'S PATHETIC THT WE HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER ROOM TO STAY IN FOR THE NIGHT AFTER A LONG TRIP FROM CHARLESTON, SC.

I was physically sore and...

Liked: Breakfast just average. Warm items like sausage and eggs were cool temperature and not edible.
Disliked: Bathroom tub was dangerous to use and subsequently resulted in a serious fall. I was bruised over my entire body. The tub was slick and either had soap residue or something that was causing the surface to be very dangerous. I'm lucky I didn't have a broken bone.

Amazing hotel experience! Best I've...

Liked: Clean and service and staff were amazing! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had.
Disliked: Remotes were old and outdated but we just used the buttons on the TV to control it so not really an issue. I'm sure if we asked they could have fixed it but we weren't here that often.
