bed was comfortable, hotel needs...

Liked: We could not switch channels on the TV, so we had to switch rooms, then there was no shower curtain in the room we switch to, so I moved the shower curtain from the last room. The bathroom of the room we switch to was not as nice; the soap dish wasn't on the wall and the ceiling was mess up plaster. Overall, the stay was good. Breakfast was great!
Disliked: The bathroom needs work but was clean. The phone didn't work in the second room.

Air conditioning made loud banging...

Disliked: The room in general was outdated . Left earlier than planned because of no sleep and couldn’t use the bathroom.

Disliked: The room was hot coming in. It’s not a “suite” it’s the same size as any other hotel room. The outlets and lamps by the bed didn’t work. The bathroom door hits the toilet when you open it. The couch was dirty.

I will never ever stay...

Liked: The location of the property was perfect.
Disliked: The hallway carpets were dirty. In the first room, the mattress was dirty, the bathroom had mold, and the floor was not swept. The second room was a little bit better but the floors were not swept as well.

Disliked: It needs some renovations. The furniture is old and many stains. The bathroom has rusted door hinges, worn floors, and a mustey odor

Highly don’t recommend.. the property...

Liked: Property was clean, breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: On 5/25/2025 Between the hours of 2am-315am it was very noisy, as if people was fighting outside my room. The phone didn’t work in our room & I didn’t realize this til I tried calling front desk. The next morning I told the front desk clerk/staff & they showed no understanding what so even, I also mention could they review the camera’s . I was told several different lies about the manager not being there. This experience was very scary & unbearable too me & my family. I highly recommend no one too book here. I wouldn’t won’t anyone to experience what we had to experience. However, I didn’t GET MY $321.00 for my stay back that was promise to me. That’s also a lie they told me.
