Not pleased.

Disliked: Room was not cleaned during our stay. Room had visible mold in restroom and smelled very moldy.

The stay from hell

Liked: It was close to the highway and easy to book last minute.
Disliked: There was mouse poop in the bed that my son was supposed to sleep in and he opted to sleep on the office chairs and ottomans which caused him back and hip pain. The bathroom mirror was broken and the carpet was stained. When we went to the pool the ceiling was peeling off and the floor was obviously very dirty. In the morning at check out when I told the staff there was obviously a mouse in the room they didn't seem to care or be surprised. I wouldn't have stayed here and certainly wouldn't have paid $150 to stay here. Also the card the deposit was supposed to be on was never charged the $50 deposit as they said but they did attempt to take 5 $2.69 charges even tho we didn't use anything in the hotel to charge us. They did return the charges at least. Overall I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know who travels to stay far away from this hotel and the entire chain. It's incredibly clear they do not care about cleanliness, customer service, or correcting an obvious issue. I have never felt so gross after a hotel stay in my life. If I could get them to issue a refund that would be great but staff again didn't seem surprised or concerned with any issues.
