Liked: Location is walkable to mall and restaurants.
Disliked: The evening hotel front desk clerk very rude. The day time clerk was very nice.

Could improve.

Disliked: Freezer had no door so items froze in fridge. Shower spray was wacky. Food not replenished often enough in breakfast. No safe in room. Not enough lights in room.

The overall stay was good.

Liked: Trying to find the hotel was a disaster. we drove around in a circle for an hour looking for it. It would be a big help if a sign was placed on the roadside near the entrance way indicating the location.
Disliked: Trying to find the hotel.The furniture is outdated and old. Please update.The price per night was a little high. I really thought for the price per night, I was getting more up to date facility.

Liked: We stay here often. Love the place. Love the location. Kings Street Grill next door is wonderful. You can be downtown Charleston in minutes. Safe beautiful area. IOP in literally 5 minutes. Highly recommend it.
Disliked: We had to go home. lol
