What better recommendation than to...

Liked: The value was exceptional for what we received. Breakfast quality was great and so was the spaciousness of the breakfast room. We weren't having to "fight" for room or food. The food was warm and the ladies kept everything filled. It was close to the ballparks, the malls, Six Flags, etc.. Overall, we were EXTREMELY happy that we booked this Comfort Suites. I have been a rewards member for over 20 years but this time we booked through Booking.com so the lady at the front desk said because of that, I couldn't get my points for this stay. That was the only "bummer", but YES, YES, we will stay here every time we come to this area - which is several times a year!!!!
Disliked: Getiing my points for the 3 night stay!!!!

Will never stay again.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: They charge your account for 200$ if they think you did something against their policy. I been a diamond member for almost a year booking with them frequently and they go and make false allegations against me. Also room was not properly cleaned you can tell they just left everything how it was instead of replacing everything.

Utter disappointment in amenities, wished...

Liked: Staff was nice. Room was very clean, and breakfast was great.
Disliked: Very disappointed in the pool, elevator, stairwell not having AC, and fitness room. Additionally the parking lot needs trees trimmed. - Pool was not available, completely green like it has NOT been open all season. We brought children and booked specifically for location and pool. - one elevator is down. And the other is barely working. Sensor issue caused us to be stuck several minutes. - Because of the issues with elevator, we opted to take the stairs majority of our stay. Which was terrible due to no air flow at all. Reeked of mildew. - fitness room completely closed, offered pass elsewhere but not ideal for family traveling. - the trees!!! So much overgrowth. Had to strategically park to avoid low hanging branches. Bigger truck.
