Nice people; fair price and overall good stay.

Liked: Nice little perks like breakfast and 2 free drinks; pool.
Disliked: Room needed some minor repairs; everything worked, just not very new.

If you're looking for luxury...

Liked: Beautiful I was expecting it to be like the one we stayed in in Rochester NY but it was a luxury hotel compared to that we felt ritzy even though we very much aren't. The pool area was beyond my expectations and the kids loved the slide.
Disliked: The lady running the breakfast on Friday and Monday was nasty. My son (3yrs old) spilled juice and we were cleaning it up but she was swearing and glaring at us then went back in her kitchen still swearing in front of my young kids. My husband apologized and got a cold glare in response. Then Monday I heard her on the phone with a late truck swearing at the them and being nasty again in ear shot of not just my kids but other kids. Friday she was also nasty to an elderly lady who was trying to use the waffle maker. It was a real shame because other then that it was an amazing stay. I would go back again 100% but would be uncomfortable to find her still there still being allowed to act like that in front of kids.

Not the place for relaxation.

Liked: Took an upgrade to a double suite. There was no way it would work for a family as stated in room description, and it was only 2 of us. Room was tiny and only a double bed. Not good for a couple with one being over 6’. Definitely not worth the upgrade. Hallway was noisy with kids all hours of night. I get it, “spring break”, but not the relaxing night I was hoping for.

Comfort Suites stay

Liked: Great pool facility and the breakfast area was roomy too. Also had a small bar which was an unexpected bonus.
Disliked: Our daughter has 3 children and they shorted her one wristband because they were in a huge room that supposedly only slept 4 according to hotel standards. The children are 6 and under so a second room was not an option. They should rethink that policy.

Was unhappy about the whole...

Liked: Every thing was a bit sticky. Maybe the cleaning chemicals. Not sure why the staff was not very nice or helpful. Could not answer questions about the hotel and amenities. I stay in hotels a lot and will not be going back to this one. Overall I felt like I was not welcomed.

Liked: It seemed safe
Disliked: The person over me was extremely noisey heard people sounded like running up and down halls. Slamming doors until at least 10.
