Disliked: Tub stopper didn't work and refrigerator was missing the bars on the door shelves to hold the drinks - Elevator window needed cleaning

Liked: The hotel was very clean and staff was amazing.
Disliked: There was nothing about the hotel it self that I didn't like, but we did leave early due to a very rude and insulting guest.

Liked: It was ok
Disliked: Most outlets in room did not work. Had to pay a deposit in case of damages. I am in hotels 30 nights a year and this is the only time I’ve paid a deposit when I arrived. Unnecessary and inconvenient. A poor response when I checked in.

Disliked: Staff was rude. Only please I’ve ever been you have to pay 100 dollar security deposit plus the room fee, then wouldn’t take my payment because it was a chime card like it’s a bank.
