Liked: The size and layout of the room was good. The location was good.
Disliked: House keeping needs improvement. The bathroom faucet was stained with toothpaste and the couch had hairballs. The internet is not secured and was slow. There was no way to hook up streaming device to the tv.

Disliked: The night shift front desk staff was inattentive. They did not wear any identifying clothing that suggested they worked there. Street clothing was very casual on that shift. Day and afternoon front desk staff were dressed smartly and professional.
